I stayed up quite late to finish this bracelet, determined to get it done before I called it a night.  I included a small amount of chainmaille and hammered links along with some stunning, faceted rose quartz and Thai silver irregular beads.  I fell asleep quite content!  Maybe it was working with this wonderfully calming stone.

I met some truly inspirational woman while at Ride For The Cure on June 7th. It was such an enlightening day. One thing in particular that sticks in my mind was a conversation among two cancer survivors, casually talking about changing "survivor" to "warrior". They truly are warriors ~ so brave and with such a zest and fight for life, giving everyone in their presence a reason to smile. So! I named this bracelet after them.

I'm quite pleased with the way this stunning necklace came together.  I focused this necklace around an elegant and complex Paint Horse. This pendant has different shaped spots on either side and can be worn facing either direction. It is completely hollow for a light and unique look and completely hand carved by an amazing artist then was cast in sterling silver and hand polished to a flawless finish.

 

All natural (not died), absolutely flawless stones include:  Wildhorse (smooth and super patterns ~ like a pinto), turquoise (green and blue rondelles and delicate faceted tubes), carnelian and all sterling components.  This measures 16" with the horse dropping an additional 1". 

 

This is a one-of-a-kind piece and cannot be duplicated.

Andante (meaning slow and gentle) is a two horse pendant which was hand-carved, cast in sterling silver and hand polished for a flawless finish. I made this choker style so the necklace sets up higher to see the pendant. I choose natural turquoise beads in mixed barrels and faceted rondelles with a subtle hint of red coral and lapis. A fine sterling clasp with stamped extending chain finishes this piece nicely.

 

Love this charm style.  This was made for someone special and I decided to duplicate it came out so sweet!

This sweet pendant is hand carved with love, cast in sterling silver then polished for a flawless finish.  I hand wrapped tiny garnets (green and rusty red), citrine and amazing faceted London blue topaz onto a delicate sterling chain. 

Pretty horse-themed necklace made with my new line of artisan-made sterling horses.  I paired this horse with stichtite (egg plant color), Turquoise with pretty veining throughout, and an amazing wild horse stone (brown and white like a pinto).  I love how these materials fit so nicely with the Balinese antiqued chain.  Nice sturdy clasp closes this off.

A gorgeous piece with exquisite detail. This design is made to be worn on either side. The front features two horses whose manes wrap around the bead and loop together on the back of the piece.
